Weights & Base, standing start intervals

Started standing start intervals last Tuesday and Thursday, the plan says 305 watt target to maintain for 15 sec at at 110 rpm, hard.
My hard is producing 500-700 watt at that rpm, the tss per session is almost double, causing the weekly tss of 392, the plan calls for 288. My ctl is rising now at 44, fatigue is 72 and form -25.
Should I follow the 305w or go full gas?

You should go full gas! Some riders are able to produce a much higher max power. The target in workout builder is an estimate. Follow the workout notes that say Full Gas!
