Weight Lifting Plan

So I am about to start the Sweet Spot Base w/Weight Lifting Training plans and I see that there are 3 phases; Adaptation, Hypertrophy, Strength and Power. The weight training plan has Hypertrophy, Strength and Power plans but there is no mention of the adaptation phase plan???

what did I miss… preparing to blush when you tell me how obvious the answer is.

I just started this program (16 weeks) on Monday, adaptation phase it’s literally the first 3 weeks of the training plan.
