I have one question,
On the first Friday week one of the 10 week strength program you say to add Stength and mobility to the squats, leg press, and leg curl.
Are you referring to the core work between lifts and something like yoga, or some of the Nino movements?
Hey @timothy.lesinski - the strength & mobility movements are the extra credit stuff thats in the plan. So the Nino circuit, Revo work, band work, and others that are listed in your plan.

I am really enjoying the Nino circuit movements, and it has encouraged me to get creative in the gym since I don’t have all the equipment.
