I have a number of fascat training plan which work really well. In terms of power readings, what is the best power set up in your experience on the wahoo in terms of time. I currently have two set up - 3 seconds and 30 seconds. Just want to make sure I’m being accurate
Whilst it can be maddening I also think of it as a good way to train consistent power delivery. Trying to not only hit the numbers but also keeping that smooth pedal stroke is great training.
