I just started my 30 week plan after which I will start the 6 week Crusher in the Tushar plan so I can be ready for the Crusher on July 9 2022. I would like suggestions on what to do after the Crusher to prepare for the BWR In Cedar City on September 24.
I would do the following:
-Take a small break after the Crusher: a few days off the bike as part of a very light week immediately after the race, followed by a week or two of slightly less structured ‘fun’ riding.
-Repeat a portion of the 30 Week Plan; probably the second-to-last block (Weeks 22-25).
-Then, do a six week race-specific plan like the Gravel Plan to peak for BWR.
