Travel Week Training?

I write asking, what to do during a week of travel for work to another country, during which you can not continue with the training on the bicycle as it was being done, what activities or exercises to do? so as not to lose the performance gained? or take advantage and rest that week?

Typically try to plan the week before as a big heavy block so you can use it as a rest week. Do your foundation, yoga and rev workouts at night. It’s basically what you can do. Maybe some walking. Don’t want to run, especially if you are not use to running, it will just mess with your muscles. So rest up and get ready for a heavy block of training when you get back.
