Transition from SS to Fondo

Hi,
I puchased the 18 weeks Sweetspot plan and the Granfondo one.
But it’s not clear on how can I do the transition from SS into the fondo plan.

So the best way to transition from one plan to the next is fill a week between them with a regeneration week. Repeat the previous regeneration week you completed from the 18 week sweet spot plan before starting the Fondo plan so you go into the fondo plan fresh.
