I’m currently in week 5 of the sweet spot part 2 for the triathlete intermediate training plan, and I’m liking it so far. I’m looking at purchasing another plan after this one, but am trying to figure out which would fit. I’m training more for olympic distance tris, but I really like the endurance base that this program is giving me. Sweet spot part 3 seems logical, but I don’t know that things like 2.5 hour trail runs would necessarily be conducive to an olympic distance plan. What do you think?

or as you noted, our multisport sweet spot part 3 and reduce the runs to be specific for Olympics distance
