Tips to improve faster

hello im new to cycling about 2 years
im doing structured training for arround 8 months
(i tried fascat intermediate hill climb interval)
any tips to improve my long hill climb effort?
i usually do long hill climb group rides and going to join event (25 km and 1800 elevation)
im weighing 62.5kg heights 170cm
