Hi, so I had tabatas scheduled for today, but hurricane Ida is dumping rain for the next 24 hours, so rather than risk my life outside, im probably going to use zwift. From past experience, i cant do tabatas anywhere near as powerful inside, So should I:
- Do tabatas at a lower power (a repeatable max effort) inside
- Just do a zwift race
- Some other zn 4 or 5 workout inside
- Bump wo to tomorrow and ride easy inside today
