Sweet Spot part 2

Just wrapped up Sweet Spot part 2. Feeling noticeably stronger on the bike and perceived effort at the higher watts is much less than when I started. By the end of the plan I found it much easier to hold the upper end of SS range for the duration of each interval, whereas in the beginning it was a tough to do intervals at or just above the lower end. Starting part 3 this week and looking forward to more gains!
