I’m following the 6 week SS Polarized Plan.
Unfortunately my weekend available times for riding Saturday and Sunday alternate back and forth each week
Is it okay to swap around the Saturday Long Sweet Spot Ride and Sundays “Zone 2 by Heart Rate” on the 2nd weekend of each month?
So I’d do the shorter Zone 2 by Heart Rate on the Saturday and then the Zone 2 SS Long ride on the Sunday. Then the following weekend would be as per the plan.
