For religious reasons I don’t train on Sundays and take that day as a rest day. Often in the plans that day is a 2 or 3 hour ride. What is the best option to adjust for this? I have been moving the workout to the scheduled rest day, but am not certain this is optimal. Thank you.
Like you i also do not train on sundays. I found the easiest way round it is to start the training plan on sunday instead of Monday. However that does mean that the longet ride is usually Friday which suit me.

Thanks. I was slightly confused as I am currently in a phase where my normal rest day is scheduled for Wednesday, but looked ahead and saw many weeks where it is scheduled as a Monday.
