Looking to purchase a training plan. I’m in Canada so i’ll be riding exclusively inside until april. Should i go with the 18 weeks sweetspot TP, or the zwift inside 6weeks TP.

Because 18 weeks indoors is a loooooooonnnng time to ride the trainer exclusively. Lifting weights first during our 10 week resistance training plan not only makes you strong but it also keeps you off the trainer as much.
