Starting structured training again in summer

Sadly I’m in the middle of nursing a a hiking injury and can’t follow structured training until late May or early June.

I have the CX bundle and as the name suggests I’m a cat 5 with a goal to be more competitive in my field. I’m not going for nationals, etc.

Would It be best to start with off-season plan and let it ride into the season? Or progress as if I finished off season and do the next suggested plan
