Spreadsheet for power zones

Hi, recently finished sweet spot intermediate and about to start the hill interval program. Just did a field test and super excited that i have hit my highest ftp of all time ( and am 3kilo less then my previous high which was 2 years ago). Thanks fascat!!!
I want to use the spreadsheet but was not able to access it . Any ideas?

Congrats Ellen! The spreadsheet is downloadable from your training plan and it is under the Field Test workout .
