How should TSS for split workouts in the same day be handled?
TP and other programs add up the activities for the day, but one 100 TSS workout (lets say 1 hr at FTP) is different than two 1hr workouts at 70% of FTP, despite the same daily TSS (about 100).
I just let TrainingPeaks add it up… AND not a fan of split workouts - bad for recovery and misses the physiological adaptation in some cases, especially the long endurance rides. OK for commuting, tho.
