these months, I tend to skip lunch quite systematically due to my busy job schedule.
Initially I could see a downward trend in my body weight, and then I tend to plateau.
Skipping lunch: good or bad idea to lose some pounds during the off season?
I would recommend not skipping a meal. Just improve your diet to help with weight loss. If you do after a workout you won’t be able to properly recover or if you work out after work you won’t be fueled.
With being busy at work I would try to plan ahead by packing a lunch the night before with items that would be easy to eat fast if need be.
