?I am doing the strength programme. I have a torn rotator cuff injury ion my left shoulder. This means I can’t comfortably hold a straight bar for my squats. I have use of a safety bar but it just doesn’t feel right. What would I be losing (or gaining) by doing the same weights holding dumb bells of the required weights? I suppose this would be the same as using the hexagonal bar…
Hey @tim.scott-ellis !
It would be hard to hold dumb bells of the equivalent weights you would be using with the bar. To help ensure your shoulder heals, it would probably be best to sub your squats with the ViPR exercises.
