Is there a plan I could do prior to SBT GRVL plan? I have a few extra weeks. I just did RTR so I have some base miles in.

Since you have the Ride the Rockies in your legs I wont’ recommend any sweet spot. And since you’ve done tons on climbing, also in the RTR I won’t recommend our hill climbing intervals plan.
Instead you may enjoy our either or road intervals plan if you want to do some VO2’s to balance out your diesel or our Gravel In-Season that would be a good prelude to our SBTG plan.
