On the Revo workout, are the first two exercises done at 30 - 45 secs each or just the first one and then follow the example in the video?


Love the revo! 30 sec holds then 10 reps per the video.

Can I do the revo most days or just when the plan suggests Frank?

Whenever you want - it only takes 5 minutes and can use them as part of your warm up each day
