Return to Training Post Injury

Wondering if anyone at FastCat Coaching or any Forum users has any experience returning to training post hip replacement surgery. I was told that I should expect to return the pre-replacement levels, which was at best a 305 FTP (at a true 60min effort) at 43 yrs old. However, I am not sure how to start, what plan, what duration, which and what intensity if that make sense. Any info is appreciated.
