Resistance training and SS 18 week overlap

Hello Team! I am currently in the Strength phase of the Resistance Plan, with the 18 week SS next. This is followed by the Crusher plan. I have 4 weeks overlap of the Resistance/SS plans if the SS flows into the Crusher with no overlap. Is there a recommended spot to put the SS 18 week plan to get the most benefit?

First finish the resistance training phase, then take a regeneration week. I would then start with 18 week sweet spot plan I would lop off the last 4 weeks of the resistance phase and flow right into the Crusher Plan. You will get a lot of sweet spot work and specific race intensity in the Crusher plan that is similar to sweet spot 3. More advance work.
