Anyone heading to Burke next month for Rasputitsa?
I’m in the market for some 38s for the ride. I’ve been recommended Terreno Drys but have also found Rene Herse’s Steilacoom’s compelling to just leave on for CX off season training and as a universal gravel tire. Albeit in their own tests, they’ve posted interesting stats on the universal use of the knobbies they offer as good on pavement but better on conditions which may become meh as opposed to terreno drys which look great for a more predictable course (which, Rasputitsa isn’t). They’re also the sponsor-appropriate recommendation from Ted King.
