I just purchased the At Home 12 Week Strength Training Program (Intermediate) and I am very excited to get started after the holidays. I have a newbie question on the Wednesday workout “EC Fit and/or otherwise a Recovery Day (no bike)”.
It mentions an EC Fit workout, Yoga Glo and the 12 min Foundations workout. Am I supposed to pick 1 of the 3 or do multiple? Also does the EC Fit Zoom class cost money?
