Question about the the REVO movements

in my training plan, it says to hold the hydrant and skate for 30 to 45 seconds, in my mind this would mean to hold your leg in the extended position for 30 to 45 sec, but in the video which is linked in the training plan is shows him extending his leg out and back quickly so I wasn’t sure if the hold for 30 to 45 seconds meant what I thought. dumb question and probably me just overthinking but thought ide ask

That is correct - per the plan do the hold for 30 secs and then 10 reps per the video :muscle:
