Question about ss over unders

Hi, I’m in week 14 of 18 weeks of SS intermediate and feeling a lot stronger.

In the workout description of SS over under 4x5mins it says 150% of FTP (for 30s), but the brick in trainingpeaks is 175%, which is scarier! Which should it be? Thanks

The last 30 seconds on the Sweet Spot over under workout needs to be > 150% and Full Gas! The 175% in TrainingPeaks is a just a target but don’t be held back by the target. Treat it like you are going on the attack, a race win or to drop a friend. So give it your all, aka FULL GAS!!
