Looking ahead to the upcoming training optimizer, wondering what the best method for collecting HRV and sleep data might be? Is there a accurate wearable for both, or better off with individual units?
As a 4+ year user, the OURA is really good as well as the Whoop. DC Rainmaker did a Oura v Whoop and I think the Oura came out on top.
Be careful of Garmin HRV values for inaccuracies (like the smart watches , Fenix, etc…). Apple watch is good for sleep but not as good as Oura/Whoop for HRV.
