Preferred Commuting Workouts?

Hi All,

I will occasionally commute to work via bike. Round trip is roughly 44 miles (22 one way) w/ net loss to work of about 600ft and gain on the way back, so pretty flat. I was curious if anyone had any preferred workouts I could incorporate into the gravel training plan during my commute? Thanks in advance for your help!

Right on @bdbruinsma - I think what you want to do is simply take the workout from your plan on that day and do it on the way to work. Zone 2 on the way home, for example.

The workouts & plan wouldn’t change just because you are commuting …
