I do my workouts in the morning and am looking for guidance on what to consume prior to the interval sessions. When doing recovery or endurance work, I typically do not consumer anything. For the interval sessions sweet spot and above, I wonder if I should be having a gel or some blocks. Thoughts? Thanks!
