Quick question? I have been of the bike for 8 months due being hit while riding. So getting back to it I took a field test which put my power at 103. However I have been riding with a peak performance average of 140 now that I’m somewhat back. Should I bump my sweet spot due to it being to easy? Thanks

To answer your question, take a look at your most recent 60 min NP and use that as a gauge as to whether you should increase your FTP.
