I’ve been riding racing 15+yrs, masters racer with various state championship podiums. I’m used to working out with weight 2-3days a week, yoga etc & sweet spot and riding 7-8k a year. I was thinking of buying the off-season sweet spot plan, but being 32weeks seems a bit long to start now? Should I skip some of it or do the 18week sweet spot & weights at home plan?
This could be the right approach - do the at home weight lifting plan first and then move into the 18 weeks of sweet spot. You have the ability to do less sweet spot for timing reasons.
