I’m currently working my way through the 32-week off-season plan and am already feeling faster, having also dropped 10+ lbs over the last two months by winning in the kitchen. Needless to say, I’m excited for my FTP test next week. Looking forward, I’ve purchased a 6-week race-specific intervals plan for when my base phase ends. This might be an obvious question but when specifically should I apply the new plan? The week after the final field test of my current plan or that same week and just delete overlapping field tests, etc.?

Obvious to us? Yes, but that is because they are our plans
You can remove the final field test from the off season plan and then apply your interval plan to start at week 33 (counting weeks from the day you first started the off season plan).
