I’m approaching the mid-point of my 16 week SS training plan, just two weeks shy of doing my second 20 minute field test. Two of my kids and now my wife have contracted COVID and I’m guessing it’s just a matter of time before I test positive. Thankfully we’re all vaccinated so the effects haven’t been more serious than general tiredness.
If/when I test positive for COVID, should I pause my training plan by shifting my TrainingPeaks calendar by N-days and just pick up the plan at that point after recovering? Or should I insert a different protocol for an interim period until I’m back to 100%?
