Does the app not recognize certain activity types? None of my indoor Rowing activities transferring.

Urrrm, at this time Optimize only takes in your power data.
Once we release the hrOTS feature then you will be able to import all sorts of activities as long as you wear a heart rate monitor, including rowing.
