I did a group ride yesterday, and my best 1hr NP was higher than where my FTP is set. Should I use that number, despite the group ride coming to a few stop lights?
Nice @eddie.krillenberger - I would flag this ride as ‘evidence’ your FTP has increased and look for future data that proves so.
You can also analyze the data inbetween the stop lights to see what that was. I don’t like using data with stops because physiologically you are resting and then can go harder again
