Each week you’ll race yourself using Strava’s live segment feature and the leaderboard you created from your 5 lap segment. To improve your skills we’ll slow you down in weeks 4 & 5 by putting a HR ceiling of 150bpm governor on your intensity to help you focus on cornering as fast as possible instead of throwing watt bombs on the fire. Ha.
Cyclocross National is apparently happening so use this plan to supplement the lack of local racing if they have been cancelled.
