I changed my user name, and now when I log in I’m locked out of the forums because I don’t have a subscription, even though I do. How can I fix?

Hmm.mmm… we don’t have access to your username or password

As for access you should be a ok everywhere except our Subscription area , for which you would need a subscription:

Hi Frank. You should…I just bought the cross intervals plan last week, or is that only for coached athletes?

2 things:
#1 - I mean your password. My suggestions is go back, do a password reset, etc… -

2 You will not have access to our Subscription Coaching portion of the forum unless you have purchased a Coaching Subscription.
