May have the wrong plan

I’m kind of in between Basic and intermediate.
I’ve purchased the Intermediate sweet spot, and would like to know which sessions I can reduce time on if I start to struggle with volume?

It depends on so much tht we don’t know about your goals, your age, your timing, your ability to recover + your training load , etc….
