complete the Foundation workout? I’m prone to skipping this and doing a recovery ride in the summer months but I’m going to commit to it this cross season. I dread doing it but always feel 100% better during and after!

I like to finish off with some 90/90 stretching for my tight hip & glutes.

12 minutes - you can do that in the morning while the coffee brews or on that zoom conference call with the video turned off :wink:
