I have signed up for route 66 marathon which is november! my Goal is to run Sub 3 hour marathon
but I also have a Ironman in May 2020! The bike segment is 3900ft of elevation! Then the Run is Flat! Goal is a sub 10 hour ironman, would be awesome to go faster of course, but sub 10hour is what im telling myself!
