Integrating weekday crits with training plan

Hi coaches! About to start the Tulsa Tough intervals plan next week, and the local Wednesday crit series has just begun. Do you have any guidelines on how to adjust the training plan to accommodate these 45 min races? Thank you!

I think this is a good question, but knowing the basic training philosophy of Fascat, Iā€™m sure you will be told to FTFP.
