Indoor rides when bad weather

Hi
I imagine that this subject has already been done so please feel free to link any previous answers.
I have a 2 hr/100tss endurance ride to do on Saturday and the weather looks awful.
What are the recommendations to FTFP?
Zwift for 2 hrs at a constant power or for 100 TSS within the recommended heart rate. Happy to do either
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance

Hi Andrew,

Yeah this come up a lot last year! Here is a link to one of the threads.

But basically with it being early October and most likely early in your training cycle there is no reason to hammer away on indoor trainer rides. Cut it down to 60 - 90 minutes max. You can add some tempo / sweet spot efforts to help bring the TSS up closer to 100 all the while keeping the effort aerobic based.
