How to set HR zones in Training peaks

I did a field test last week (no power, just heart rate) and used the Fascat spreadsheet to set my training zones. How do I get TP to show those same zones? There are multiple options to set zones in TP based on LT or Max HR, 5 zones, 6 zones etc. Currently in TP I have 5 zones which I input manually but I’d like the same zones that appear on the Fascat spreadsheet because I’d like to use the Sweet Spot training. You can use Coggan (5) for heart rate. You can than add in sweet spot much like you would when you would set up power. Just like this:
