How to bounce back from vacation?

I’m 51 years old. FTP (was) 230+. I was close to peak shape prior to being off the bike 2 weeks for vacation. Just got back on…and WOW…am I out of shape. I am shocked at how far back I have fallen.

What’s the best way to get back to prime time after a 2-week layoff? My next crit race is in 13 weeks.

BTW, I’ve to the following FasCat training plans at my disposal:

Climbing intervals - basic
RR & Crit - basic
RR - basic
6 weeks to Sweet Spot Parts 1,2,3 - basic
Weights + base

Hi @shane.crowe - the good news is that ‘it’ comes back quickly if you were FtFP’ing pre-vaca.

I’d start with sweet spot part 2, basic and move onto our criterium intervals plan after 6 weeks.

You’ll be slaying watts in no time!
