Hill Climbing Intervals - workout interpretation help

Hi there,

I’m just about to start the Hill Climbing intervals plan and am looking ahead at one of the days “One All Climb Tester”. It says choose your favourite Climb and then prescribes: a Zone 2 warm up, then 6 minutes climbing at Full Gas, followed by more Zone 2.

Does this mean I need my favourite climb to be just 6 minutes of climbing, not longer, for this particular workout?

Welcome @aoifereid - I wouldn’t call this a workout per se, rather a ‘tester’ of your favorite climb or the one you are trying to PR.

Six minutes was just an example. If your favorite climb is 12 minutes do that!
