Help setting up zones NP and peak 20 min discrepancy?

New to Fascat and want to get my zones right.
If I am reading training peaks correctly, my peak 20 minute power in the FTP test is 345 W and the normalized power is 289 W. Does this seem right? Do I set up my zones from 95% of NP? The resulting zones seem too easy. I dunno though. Hoping for a quick answer so I can do todays workout in the right zones. Thanks!

That is really odd your normalized power was so much lower! Normally it is higher. Was your power consistent though the effort? Was the VI close to 1.0 for the test. For a 20 minute test you always use actual average power. So you would take 95% of 345 watts. Yielding a 327 FTP.
