Happy with the progress!

Currently doing Sweet Spot 2 plan about 4 weeks in and just did my first race of the year and my first race ever, a Merckx class TT! I actually doubled out my power from my FTP test a month ago from the end of Sweet Spot 1. I did 245 Watts for 20 minutes then and just did 242 Watts (3.8 W/KG) for 37:42. Thanks for making great training plans!
