Hello! I’m signed up for BWR San Diego April 30 and Crusher in the Tushar July 9, along with some road races in between. I was planning on buying the Crusher plan and use it 6 weeks out for both races, but I’m wondering if I should just get the Gravel Training plan to use for both instead. Which one would be better? I already have the Climbing Intervals and Road Racing Intervals. Thanks!
those are 2 great races! Very different from a training perspective
Use our Gravel Training Plan for the six weeks leading into the BWR
and use our Crusher plan for the six weeks leading into the Crusher.
