Gran Fondo or Off season Resistance + SS Base

Which plan should I follow next?

GRAN FONDO PLAN or OFF SEASON RESISTANCE TRAINING + SWEET SPOT “BASE” ???

I have completed SS Part 1 and Part 2 & am very happy with your plans!

Background:

Age: 61 years

FTP: 236 watts

In 2015 I rode the Ötztal Cycle Marathon. 234km, 5400 vertical meters, time: 09 hours 31 min.

Goals: Participation in the Ötztal Radmarathon at the end of August 2021.

Unfortunately, this year, due to various circumstances (pandemic etc.), I did a little less time and kilometers, but now I have more time to train, because work is behind me and my well-deserved retirement is ahead of me.

Data is loaded onto the free version of Trainingspeaks and evaluated in GoldenCheetha (see attached picture).

I would be very grateful for your advice.
